Hi everyone

Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with high anxeity and panic attacks

My bf is going away on holiday for 3 weeks He has been working hard and needs the break but i am going into panic mode about it

Its not that i think he will get up to anything but i know how much ill miss him I have suffered panic attacks from this in the past and have not been able to work out how to stop them so have enden up letting them run their course That means the period of time that he is away being in constant tears, tense body, difficulty breathing and hardly eating

I dont know what to do I cant go with him as i will be back at work before him and am very nervous to ask if i can go for a few days as he doesnt get to see his family very often

What should i do

goodaz agony aunthi!this mite be easier said than done, but you should try and take your mind off him as much as possible,as mean as this mite sound, but it is your health on line.work for one will take your mind off him and help the time to go faster, so you could start by planning an action packed 3 weeks with family/friends with the time spent out of work. heres a few suggestions...cinema, lunch, bowling, girly get together at yours, get together else where, rent a dvd with a mate over some pop corn, cook lunch for a mate/family with a bottle of bubbly and if thats not enough to tire you out then im sure work will do that all by itself.wish you well.xxx.
