writes:Ive posted a few questions on here, but im in need for desperate help, im really really really crushing on this guy at my school and its not a school girl kinda crush that lasts a few months i honestly really really like him. ive liked him for 3 years now. but im too afraid to tell him as were not close friends either. at first i thought my feelings for him would fade, but everyday i see him my feelings get stronger and stronger, i know im quite young but i just dunno what to do all i do is think of him and i cant even explain my feelings for him.its obviously not love as we're not even together but he is very very popular and im just completely stuck.Please Help x

 I'm going to assume your in high school. We all go through this, liking the popular good-looking guy we hardly even know. I know I went through the same thing in junior high and high school. If you want to get closer to this guy, talk to him once and a while and become friends with him! He won't know you exist if you don't. You may find you have a lot in common, or possible nothing at all. If you become friends with him and find yourself still liking him, don't be shy and tell him how you feel!

reader, anonymous, writes (29 March 2007): 3 years is a while to like someone. If you want a relationship with this guy then you are just going to have to be brave and ask him out. If he says no then at least you'll know that there is no point wasting time in liking him and thinking about him. If he says yes then you could be onto a good relationship.
