I've got a child-like mind, I daydream, and believe in things that aren't real. Is this normal or am I stupid?

I,ve not really had a great childhood when i was five i moved house to the middle of nowere where there were no kids or anythin and I lived on the main road so i couldnt really go out anywere to explore. Now I,m 18 I tink myself I,ve a very child like mind like I daydream the whole time and I believe in things that arent real. I feel really stupid because of this so is this normal or is it just me being stupid?

Daydreaming is fine...but what do you mean that you believe in things that aren't real? Like vampires? I would say you're schizo, but then you wouldn't know that they're not real. Daydreaming and using your immagination is good, we often lose it as we grow older. It could possibly lead you to something good if it's possible to make it happen and benefits you and others.

I think you are just a normal kid and you are not stupid.

Definition of stupid ;- Very dull; insensible; senseless; wanting in understanding; heavy; sluggish; in a state of stupor;

Having a child like mind and daydreaming or believing in things which are not real does not constitute stupidity.

Everyone is different and unique.
