I've fell for her twice - but now she has a boyfriend and has shut me out!

Hi, about 2 years ago, I was going out with a girl, we fell in love and got engaged almost married, but we decided not to get married as it was too soon. we both were thinking what Uni to go too. after about a year I started losing my feelings for her, and told her that I had to move on, and said we should find other people, I was young and stupid about that decision I made. later on I went out with someone else, that lasted 3 months. It had been a year since since I left the other girl, and I started getting feelings for her again. I was hoping that she would give me a second chance, however she wanted to stay as friends, I sticked with her though, even though we were friends, we would go out for meals together, we would flirt with each other, although we never went out. Eventually I fell back in love with her again, I tried again to tell her that if she could give me a second chance, but still she wanted to be friends. Although her mum tells me that she always talks about me, to her friends as well. eventually we went to Uni, we told each other that we would always have this closeness and always keep in contact. About a week later, I find out she has a boyfriend. When I new this, I just broke down, its been 3-4 weeks now, and I still feel the same, I cant see her as she, lives so far away now, and she never contacts me anymore, what should I do, I love her so much, and I know there is something still there. please help me.
