I want our relationship to go a bit faster...He obviously needs a little 'push.' This isn't our 1st, 2nd, or 3rd date.We are going to the movies then swimming for this double date...and I was wondering if there is any possible time to make a move on him if I wanted. I want to hold his hand, be in his arms, or kiss him. Which is all really difficult because he rarely makes the first move.So...help?

Just remember not to always judge your relationship on the basis that it's different to your friend's. :)

1 maybe hes waiting for you to make the move.
2 dont feal pressured cuz your friends relationships is going realy fast xp i havent even got any a$$ and me and my girl have been at it for FIVE months.
3 the best thing to do is make a first move now,BUT DONT make every first move let him make some too, i made all the first moves and now i hate my gf for never going at it first.
3 if you want it to flow by than try touching him more,hands, arms, hug him, atleast let him know you want a first move to happen otherwise itl end in a breakup soon.

 ok u need to make the first move! u say u r goin to the movies and swiming well at the movies u could take his hand when whatchin the movie just dont do it in a stupid way like grab it fast :). and also tell him when u leave b like when hes about to leave b like wait he say what b like i want a kiss then step close by him and say do u want to kiss me? i no i no it may sound really lame in ur opion but this is just me so u can do that but if u thinks its lame i cant help u out
