I've been with an amazing boy for 8 months. We haven't had sex, but we're going to. It's a long time since I had sex, and I need some advice.

hey, i know this might sound daft but i am curious, im now 17 and when i was 14 i met my first love, it was like one of those romantic films and we just got on straight away, when we had been together for 6 months, i had just turned 15 and thought i was ready, he was 17 and we both lost our virginities to each other. it was great, we were in a great relationship for 15 months and then we split up, yeah it was hard but i guess everything happens for a reason. for about a year when i was 16 i had boyfriends but not serious relationships, boyfriends that only last a month, a week etc but then 3 months before my 17th birthday i met this guy, he was a friend of a family member and he was gorgeous, i mean like the hottest guy in town ever, he was 20 and i never in a million years thought he'd even look at me, but he did, he came and sat with us (it was at a bbq) and he asked me for the bottle opener! i was like here ya go :D lol, and then we started talkin, a few of us went to the shop and he came with us, he tried to hold my hand and it was amazin, the best day of my life! ever. lol. and we swapped phone numbers etc, he text me the following day and we got textin, told each other we liked each other and he asked me to meet him, we met, and he asked me out! 8 months later were still going out :D its amazin, i love him, he treats me like im something special, a princess! he tells me he loves me ever night, when he stays at mine he lays and cuddles me until im asleep, he buys me flowers, purfume, chocolates just for the fun of it, he invites me all over with him and his friends, i recently went campin with him and his family but he has so much respect for me its untrue, he comes to meet me at whatever time it is, no matter what hes doing or where he is. he is basicly just the best boyfriend in the world. i adore him! im so lucky to have him, although hes 20 and im 17 and we have been together for 8 months, we still havnt had sex and although we both want to, he hasnt rushed me into anything or pressured me into sex. but i just want to know, as i havnt had sex for nearly 18 months will it hurt like it did my first time? can your hymen thing grow back? sorry about the life story i just wanted to give you a bit of the background to show im not rushing into anything.

No the hymen dosen't grow back. You may feel nervous and it might feel a little tight but thats all. Don't worry, your guy sounds really nice. Good Luck.

BendychickP agony auntNo, your hymen, once broken can not grow back. It only really hurts because you are nervous about having sex. You are obviously in a great and trusting relationship and more than ready. Don't rush things and have fun with it. This means alot to you and him and it will hopefully be and unforgettable experiance. Have fun and good luck!

Bendy xx

PS:It will probably feel a little awkward at first, but it will get better.
