I have been told that he is realy shy by his friends but he doesn't seem to be this way with other girls, just me.i don't know how to make the next move or get him to talk to me!

reader, anonymous, writes (15 October 2008): That's a sure sign that he probably does like you. I think that you should probably wait till you two get alone by yourselves and then ask him if he's interested in you. Or, to open up the avenues to see if he's interested in you, ask him what kind of girl does he like? The best time to do this would be when you talk to one another online. Most people, when they talk online, it's private. So that's probably your best chance.
1. Ask him the type of girl he's interested in.
2. I also recommend that you complement him on something, like his hair, eyes, or something he wore, to let him know that you're interested. Have you let him know your interested? If not, try to "leave subliminal messages." That way you can see what's going on with him and whether or not he really likes you. Chances are, once you do that, he'll just come out and tell you whether he likes you or not.
p.s. Try to make him feel as comfortable as possible before you go into questing him. Let him let down his guard first.
