HI everyone,i am a nurse working in saudi arabia,im devastated by the way things are at this time,to cut a whole story short,i am a hardworking ,ambitious and dedicated nurse, having said so i work in a crazy instituition where u r judged not for how hard u work but how sweet u suck up to the bosses and by the end of the day its how well they talk about u that gets u where u want, unfortunately its an attitude that i abhor ,i have stood up to my manager many times on things that were definately wrong, we sorted out, she believes in what she is told, and makes her own judgement before listening to the side.i applied to move out to other units but in vain,my AED refused my latest transfer, what do i do?i cant resign coz i nid the money now,it will take me a while before i get my registration to other countries to go through,im suffocated please help

Just save your money and leave when you can. Unless you feel like sucking up to the bosses. Unfortunatlely it is like that almost anywhere you work. Hard work isn't awarded like it should be, but your social standing is what matters.
