I built up my confidence after some help from parents and mentor and I am now more confident in all forms of life (except dating) than before the problem.I know some girls find me attractive but when you've been off the maket for sometime, you forget a few things.Based on past experience I've never dated anyone that I met in a bar or nightclub as most aren't after a long term relationship so I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

you live in the uk so i would say try to find someone in your area as long distance are mentally quite hard! also perhaps try some local date sites or even go to family and friend partys they are always places to make new friends ie possibly female friends. great relationships can come from friendships. hope that helps good luck
