I came across some old photos of an old girlfriend. My first love, who broke up with me nearly two years ago. Seeing her huge smile in the photos brought all the memories back, as well as the pain of knowing that she didn't want to be with me anymore. I thought I'd grown to accept that, but after last night I wonder if I was wrong? I still feel very sad that we're no longer together.More recently I came out of a 3 month relationship with a girl at college. Our relationship wasn't very good and when it ended I didn't feel any great sense of sadness. But now she's started seeing another guy at college, and whenever I see them together I can't help but feel jealous. I don't get it. She isn't anything special to me, and I don't see what's so special about him, so why does it bug me?I know time heals everything regarding my first love, but should I really still feel so upset when I think about her? It was so long ago. And how can I stop feeling jealous of my recent ex and her new guy? Please help!

there comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who wont anymore, and who always will. So dont worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didnt make it to your future. Don't let someone determine how happy and fullfilling your life will be. Only you can determine how your own life will be. Life is to short to worry about someone who probably isn't worried about you.
