Hi! you have been given excellent advice up til now. Continue to exercise regularly and control your diet. It must be balanced. A completely fat-free diet, for example, is not healthy otherwise your body will burn off muscle resources. Honestly, a wee bit of fat in your diet is a good thing. If you still continue to lose weight, despite a healthy diet, please go to your doctor and have a blood test. You may have a thyroid imbalance.

Angelicc is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI want to thank you all for advise and I've made an appointment with my GP. I've started to eat food with alot of protein in like eggs and fish. And I'm gonna try the complan drinks.
Don't think i don't like the way i look because i love the fact i slim/skinny. It's just with my collar bone showing i just don't like plus people keep asking if i'm anorexia, which i'm not.

My husband is skinny and no matter what I try he stays that way. He has found that seeing an NHS nutritionalist has helped as they have come up with a 'gain weight' plan. The GP did some routine blood tests but that all came back clear - you should perhaps have some blood tests to ensure that nothing health-related could be causing your weight loss. I have managed to put a few pounds on him by feeding him Complan drinks so why not try that?

If you are becomming too thin it may be your glands or metabolism from your thyroid going out of whack. It is a good idea to check with your doctor. And hey, some people just dont eat as much in the summer when its hot. Ice cream can always cool you down too.Hope this helps!

It is important that our body's our healthy and a visit to your GP would never be ill advice. If they do not feel concerned about your weight then you need to think about how you feel about the way that you look. We all want to like the way we look but realistically few of us do. It is a misconception for people to think that if you are slim you should be happy with the way you look. It is just as important to find a style that suits you and makes you comfortable. I rarely show my skinny legs but rather accentuate the parts of my body that I do like. It is also worth remembering that although you may be slim, being healthily toned from expercise is a real boost to how you look physically and how you feel inside.

A doctor is able to assess and recognize a problem and direct you to what would be your best course of action would be.
Your concern is valid.
Hope all works out.
