writes:i liked this girl but she never liked me....i mean, we were better friends before until she found out that i liked her....all the awkwardness started. We didn't talk and she started drifting away. All of this has been going on for a year now, I have not been able to get over her, still trying and it is frustrating.To add to that, my friends are getting more close to her and they are very good friends now which leaves me out a bit and this kind of sidelines me because then I am not able to talk to her and be more of a friend to her because that thing will still play on her mind and the awkwardness going on.....I get very frustrated by all of this, it pisses me off and my social skills deteriorate. I have given up on her a long time ago but I just don't know how to be around her......when I ignore her, she tries to gain my attention by either making me jealous or by approaching me and striking a random and senseless convo and when I am in a good mood, she ignores me....How do am I to be around with this girl??I am kind of demotivated to go to school these days :(plz help.....

she likes to make you jealous and make you feel worse about yourself when you are sad, right? So why don't you get a girlfriend? Make her feel jealous she will feel upset that even though she didnt like you,she liked the idea of someone admiring her. Or as that is quite mean, why not try and get good friends with her friends, so when your friends and her talk you can talk to her friends. She will feel annoyed that your not just standing their by yourself hanging around feeling sorry for yourself. Not to be horrible or anything but it seems as if you have lost hope, not just in her but yourself. You need to gain confidence by maybe hangin with other people, or have a word with her and say that you just want to be friends. Tell her your over her and that you know nothing would ever happen of it. (even if in your heart there is hope) Because if you try your hardest to stand tall and proud and try your best to be friends then at least she has tried and is she doesnt help to make things better she isnt worth it. Dont just stand their with your head down making small talk, she will see you as pathetic and needy. Try maybe flirting with other girls or just hanging with other girls, she may feel unwanted and will hope for your friendship. Good luck :D
