A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I have gone out with this gentlman twice now, the first time we went to dinner. The second time I meet him at his house and we went to dinner and then the theater. He kissed me on the first date, not a peck but nothing aggressive at all, it was very sweet. The second time we meet I walked into his house and he immediately pulled me into a hug and a soft kiss. He showed me his house and then we set off for dinner.

Dinner was nice, throughout the night if there wasn't soemthing in front of us or blocking the table, he would reach over and hold/caress my hand. He did all the sweet things like driving up to the door so I could get out and not have to walk in the rain, and openning the car door for me. I was enchanted. At the theater he held my hand as well as rubbed my knee the whole time. When we got back to his place he pulled me into another kiss in his kitchen and we did that for awhile.(lost track of time) After I while we realized how late it was and that I had a 45 min drive home, so he walked me to my car and kissed ma few more times. Then wished me a good night and that was it. No mention of another date, no I had a great time. Just night night. He did the same thing after the first date, I had to inticiate the second one. Is he just not interested, should I just leave him alone? I sent him a text message telling him that I had a great time, liked spending time with him, and that he was a great guy. He sent me one saying; "you are a cool girl to" Seems to me like he is done, I don't know? Any ideas?

Thanks you for you advice, I tried to call him but he texted me back and said he was busy at work. I sent him a message inviting him out and he hasn't answered. It has been about 3 days now and I'm assuming that he is just going to blow me off. Well, now I know. Thanks for your help!
