 i do not have too much info on you to go by but: your between 51-59 either lonely, or if married you do not have the type relationship with her that you would like " no sex with wife or very little?
are you cheating on your wife or you have been going to whores because you have not desired a relationship and just want sex.
either way you feel guilty, empty when its over with the women. nothing there except sex. no bond, no love, no relationship.
find a church, find a preacher to talk too. seek help of someone near you. it can make a difference.

You need professional help for that.You need to find ways to get out of your loneliness, which means learning new things about spending your time and money. AND also you need to find a way to get rid of this old habit, a resolution and also effective strategies to help you stay away from the brothels and streets.Maybe you want to give us a little more information about why you feel lonely? Have you been single for a long time? Are you married to someone you have troubles with? Do you feel too unattractive to find a real partner?
