writes: Hello,I'm feeling a little depressed. My ex gf dumped me 9 months ago and in a nutshell I havent had any physical contact with a woman since [Just to clarify I've been over her for a long while now]. The reason I say this is because I just miss the feeling of having someone to hold, laugh, cuddle with. Someone to share things with. And also yes, someone to makeout with and have sex (I do like sex). Now I'm not the type of guy who is a 'player' and goes around sleeping with women and then forgetting all about them. I cant do that because I believe it lacks respect. Nor am I a shy person who doesn't get out much and who's nervous or something like that. I consider myself attractive [Ive also been told] and I am quite outgoing and comfortable speaking to women. I just dont seem to have luck. I've flirted with many women and met a couple whom I found I really enjoyed their company and considered as a potential gf. Unfortunately upon making my feelings clear I did not receive the same. So I am alone now. I do have fun with friends and all; in fact most times it dosnt bother me and I'm happy. Its just sometimes like tonight I get lonely and miss having a gf; many people tell me not to worry the time will come and Ill meet Ms Right. I believe their word however in the meantime it sucks. I feel unloved. I dont have any questions per-say, I'm just looking for some inspiring/friendly feedback. Just to kickstart myself again.

I wd suggest make a load more efforts specifically to meet girls and date with them - eg internet as well as traditional places : bars friends at work etc.. And don-t insist on perfection before you get your pants off again with someone - otherwise being on your own will get to be an ingrained habit. EG : an expensive meal in a French restaurant is a lot nicer than a sandwich - but if you are starving a sandwich can be good too !!
