Have you had any vaginal discharge/painful defecation/painful intercourse, cuz that along with painful urination can be signs of CHANCROID (STD)
painful urination is also a symptom, and sometimes the only noticeable symptom, of CHLAMYDIA
Could also be GONORRHEA, which, if it has infected the urethra, will cause a burning sensation and discomfort while urinating, and the person mite feel the need to go more often
have you even gotten tested for these STDs? It could very well be one..if so that's definitely why you should have thought before you acted.

Yep sure sounds like it i find the best thing to do is every time you pee drink a glass of water or cranberry juice or even lemon and barley it helps me get rid off it the only problem is afterwards you have to pee all the liquid you drink, but pop to the doctos anyway just to double check

yeah go and see your doctor, its a very common problem in girls and women and they wont want to do anything that your uncomfortable with, it would probably help if you give them a urine sample, but until then then drink lots of water and cranberry juice, and sudocrem can help sometimes x

You could have an infection to the urethera the little pipe connecting the bladdeer or yes cystitus. Increase your drinking cut out the coffee Flush it through go to boots get something. If it doesnot resolve in 48 hours U need and urgent doctors appointment OK? Passionate sex can cause this, not enough lubrication etc, so ease down on it for a few days. Nip it in the bud get something for cystitus fast.
