 oh and about kissing afterwards...just go with what happens - it really just depends on whether you want to or not.
i personally think that kissing a person on the lips is the most intimate thing you can do so i would say do it because it will show her that its not all about the 'sex'.

 Pick a time when she is going to be clean - i.e. just had a shower or a swim. This for your own sake obviously (actually many men couldn't care less but for your first time it would be best) but also for hers as she may feel uncomfortable / self conscious if she fears that she might be less than perfectly fragrant.
Don't do this for the first time when you have a cold. You are going to have o be able to breathe through your nose!
Take it slow, be indirect. DO NOT just bang your head between her legs as she is most likely going to push you away if she is new to this.

 Well have a shower and be very very clean for a start, some men ensure it is nice for the girl i.e. not too much hair there and ditto for the girl. If she likes it hygiene, reduction of hair there. I hope you are old enough for a start to have sex. You really should use barriers... on her and you there are barriers such as condoms. So check that out first STD is nasty and yes oral sex can pass STD. Kissing afterwards... its up to individuals you could both have some refreshing drinks nearby? Sex is a natural thing you start it see if she follows your lead but it should be natural. No pressure.
