writes: hey ,this is a very embarassing question for me and yet i can't go to the doctor, bec, i don't know if he or she will find out that i'm not a virgin , so my problem is that my thing burns like hell and i can't pee, bec, it burns even more and for some weird reason there is a pimble , do you have any advice ? reader, anonymous, writes (4 August 2010): hey to me this sounds like cystitus which is a urinary tract infection. you need to see a gp to get antibiotics. drink cranberry juice too as that helps. but i strongly suggest going to your doctor. just in case it is something else. dont worry about them finding out about you not being a virgin. its not the doctors place to judge and they will keep it completely confidential. ask them to make sure. they will ask you for a urine sample when your there to find out if its a urinary tract infection and that will be the first test they will do. please see your gp. xx

reader, anonymous, writes (3 August 2010): it is most likely a bladder infection i get them quite often , you should see a doctor tho cause if u dont get it treated it can turn into a kidney infection and put u in the hospital , drink lots of fluids and cranberry juice helps to, u need to get some antibiotics to treat it tho , good luck

If you don't get it treated quickly, it can infect your kidneys and cause renal failure. You don't want to end up on dialysis! If you aren't comfortable seeing your regular doctor, go to a public health clinic. Don't wait - do it now!
