A vasectomy can be reversed. However, if you're making decisions about your boyfriend, you must not bank on him changing his mind.
If he is childless and had a vasectomy in order to remain childless, then chances are that he made a life decision. If you want a future with him, you must register the fact that it will be a childless future. Being with someone who doesn't want kids and hope they change their mind is a dangerous thing to bank on.
A guy who's so sure about being childless that he had a vasectomy to ensure it will not change his mind.

It really depends on several things, 1. how it was done and how long ago.
It seems a rather drastic surgery to have done, if you think you might change your mind in the future. Do you know why he chose to have it done?
I think you two need to have a long talk and figure out if kids/no kids is a deal-breaker or not. IF you want kids, he may not be the one.
This is something you two need to discuss if you plan on getting married. It's not a subject you can go "maybe he will change his mind". Either he wants kids or not.

It is possible to reverse some yes but not all, it would all depend on when he had it and how it was done.

Sort of, but it's not a sure thing. If he thinks he might want kids, he needs to get it reversed as soon as he can. The longer out from the operation it is, the less likely it is that it can be successfully reversed.
