I am sorry but I do not understand the concept of not being allowed to have a boyfriend/girlfriend unless its because of the physical aspect. You could do what people in long distance relationships do: they can not physically be together, but still have a relationship based on communication, showing affection through words and letters. At your age, the physical aspect of a relationship should wait anyway.
