writes: He tries to make me jealous, Is this a dump able offense? The guy I've been seeing for a month or so constantly comments on other women, be it the girl from running club, a co-worker or even the newsreader. He's very complementary of me too and has even called me "perfect" but his behaviour is getting worse and upsetting me.The other day he told me a colleague that he fancies had come back from her holidays and even said "so, I have my eye candy back again!". I gave him a withering look and when he saw my annoyance he smiled and said "jealous?" I then said "more importantly, are you trying to make me jealous?". After I said that he just changed the subject and didn't answer me.I know your thinking that this man is probably in high school, but it may surprise you to know that he's 45 years old! Why would a man of this age try these tactics?? Should I dump him? Many thanks for answers :)

Why are you dating someone who's 45 when you're in the age range 18-21? That and he sounds like a player and a jerk. Yes, it's a dumpable offense. Not because of the specific thing, just because it shows he has a pretty weird sense of what's acceptable and it shows serious lack of respect for you.

I think you've gone and picked a player. Pure and simple. He'll just use you, then lose you when he's done. You're wasting so much time with him.
