All it takes is a sexual song or a male singer with a sexy voice to turn me on and then I have to masturbate, or atleast pleasure myself for a few seconds enough to pass the urge. Every single time I need to pee it's the same feeling as when I'm about to orgasm, so every time I go to the bathroom I have to masturbate until I actually pee, then the urge passes again. If I see or speak to a hot, attractive, or just decent guy, the first thought that enters my head is if he was taking my virginity (to put it politely). Then I just have to think of something else until I get over the urge. If I don't masturbate for more than a new days I get grouchy and irritated and have detailed sex dreams until I do. Sometimes I can go a whole week without it, if I stay really busy. Is this an addiction?

Yip totally normal. Your hormones are in over drive as you are maturing in to a woman. It is okay to dream and fantasize about sex, most people your age do. Just be careful not to enter in to a sexual relationship unless you are completely ready and you are safe.

This is very natural for people your age. You probably have friends who masturbate even more than you do, they just don't talk about it. There is some taboo regarding masturbation, which is really a hold-over from the Dark Ages. It is totally natural and you needn't be uncomfortable doing so. After all, look at where your hands are placed...we have evolved so that they are closer to your genitals than your mouth (which you feed several times a day).
When not being in a serious/monogamous relationship, it is better to masturbate than to put yourself at risk for pregnancy and sexually-transmitted diseases. Your need for masturbation will eventually be reduced as your hormones get back into balance and your mind becomes busy with the ever increasing complications life presents us as we get older. Masturbation is a wonderful and inexpensive way to enjoy yourself.

You probably were expecting this answer, but it is really that simple: hormones. Your body locked the doors and set themselves on fire; specifically androgen, estrogens, and increased blood flow, which makes you more sensitive.
Treasure your virginity. Please please please protect yourself if you do have any sex. Your school is likely to have a health department that can connect you with resources. When I was 17-21 I got birth control for free (plus any and all check ups and contraceptives) from planned parenthood, and all confidentially so I didn't have to involve my mother. Lots of insurance policies cover reproductive health as well. A doctor or nurse will be able and happy to answer any and all of your questions.
