Flirty.Friendly only needs a smile.Touch is always flirty no matter what people say but in some cultures men touch each other near the heart to speak as a brother or to be emphatic; There is no need for a mam to touch a womans waist..it is probably flirty,like a sign of potential ownership..having said that some women touch other women on the knee when talking...if you are not a touchy feely kind of woman it can elicit a strongly annoyed reaction. This fella eas checking out your reaction.Did you want to clock him one, or did you find it pleasant.
