I'm really worried and afraid to go to the doctors. After I do have an orgasm it seems to go away. Next day I'm fine it's gone... But should I be concerned and see my doctor?

I have never heard of this before, so best to just get a check-up. Some clinics allow you to talk to a doctor over the phone so you don't even have to go in for an examination. I know especially free youth-clinics often have this option, where you can call in and ask questions.

It sounds like it's your urethral sponge filling with fluid. Do you squirt at orgasm? It will empty via your urethra if you do and subside; all perfectly normal.
