 I think when people have sex it should be kept in a relationship because if you like the person or they like you. it will be looked back on and ither could be regretted or you or her could get upset about it a relationships better not just a one night fling. The legal age in the UK is 16. It may be different in your country not sure. Do what you both think is right. Have a talk with her and both make sure you know what your doing. Good luck. I think that since you are older, you should be the mature one in this situation and tell her no. She is 17 and lots of people have sex at this age but very often regret it later. Do you want to be the one she regrets it with?
Although she is saying she wants it, that doesnt make it ok. Shes young and although the law may say shes 'mature enough' to make the decision if she wants sex or not...the law isnt always right. It generlises at which age people are mature enoug hto ahve sex and many people are immature for their age. I woudlnt take the chance with her.

He obviously didn't see anything wrong with it as he initiated the whole thing and pursued me. My reasons for doing it may have been different than hers. Looking back on it, it's not the end of the world, but, I personally regretted it. ALOT. You know that she is young. And deep down you already know the answer to this, cause you are older. I mean do you care for her? Do you love her? I don't see anything wrong with the age difference, but she might still be too young to know who she is or what she really wants, like I was. And may end up feeling used, hate you, and regret it. Who knows? Maybe she's really mature. I doubt it though.

''a stranger'' came back n made love to my bestfriend as we felt we wanted to have sex and sed we would as soon as i was free of my virginity. my 1st time was pants but you can make it good for this girl, the guy i did it with was my age, im now with sum 1 who is 28 n im 21. last year my ex, who was 24 left me 4 sum1 who was 14 and is now with sum 1 who is 17. the truth is there isnt a perfect age, but there is a law and the law states you can tap that!!!but your profile says u r 36-40, which makes me change my mind. the age difference would be wrong then yes, that adds 10 years on top. how old are u!
