Then she looks up at the time the bus is coming, back at me. Walk away from the shelter then back in front of me. Then at the map on back wall right next to me, then back at me for a fleeting second etc. etc.I know I can just talk to her straight out, but before, I would like to your opinion if this sounds like interest

Since you noticed all of this, maybe she knew you were watching her and got uncomfortable - which is why started going back and forth, but didn't want to switch spots because then it screams, "You're making me uncomfortable so I won't stand by you anymore."

If she held your gaze for more than two seconds before looking away or smiled at you, then I would say that she MIGHT be flirting with you (but people do that kind of thing when they're just being polite or friendly as well.)Was she standing in front of you with her back to you or was she facing you. If she had her back to you, she wasn't flirting. All that pacing around sounds more like she was bored or a bit impatient or worried that she was going to be late.Doesn't mean to say that she might not be receptive to a bit of a chat or a flirt if you initiate it, however, so all you can do is give it a go.Is this someone you know? Or just a stranger at a bus stop? Next time you see her, catch her eye and give her a brief smile and see what she does. Or say HiIt doesn't sound like she's trying to get your attention however.
