We have known each other for 12 years! Then, one day and out of the blue, my feelings got stronger for him and I realised I was in love with him.So I feel real love because we have been friends since a long time ago but I now also feel "in love" with him.Is it a mixture between love and lust?In this case is the "being in love" part lust?I am confused. I always thought that you first fall in love and then real love comes but in my case seems the opposite.Anybody has experienced this before? Reply to this Question Share |

They say good friends make good lovers. You really can't keep ignoring it and it'll bother you each time you are with him.So just let it off your chest and let him know that you no longer see him as just a friend but more and would want to bring your friendship to another level. If you are seeing someone it's time to cut ties but if you are single, give it a try.
All the best.

The I got engaged to another, only for my long term best friend to make a shock announcement. I stayed with my latest fiance and no longer have my old much loved friend in my life.
My advice to you would be to get some good wine in cook a candle light meal stick some slow smoochy tunes on... do I need to continue? You need to tell him and either way you wont live with what ifs forever more. I regret not doing so I don t want you to either
