Or watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off and absorb the methods he usues to fake out parents and adults.
Or ask the question of why you WANT this day off. And then find out that it's a selfish and totally stupid thing to do.

Don't do anything to jeopardize your health.
If you have a reason that you need a day off from school, then illness would just be superfluous. Sometimes we all need a day just to regroup when we're under stress. I don't think that missing one day from school to save your sanity is necessarily a bad idea.

As Emily says try to sort out the reason you want to miss school. It says you are 16-17, so you could always just tell your teacher you need a day off, for a job interview/ appointment.

You sort out your problem at school so you can go. Then you don't have to do anything stupid to fake illnesses.
Or you could lick a toilet in the boys room and that will make you feel ill, and probably poo none stop for the next 48 hours.
