We mainly talk about guys and i feel a little disappointed that i have never been asked out or been in a relationship let alone been kissed by a guy.  Be yourself and work on your confidence. There's nothing you can really DO per say to make a guy like you, and it's best that you don't try. Instead, focus on bettering yourself and you'll find that guys will be attracted to that. It may not happen today, or next month, or even next year, but it will happen in time.
