I grew up in a sexually active demographic being in a large city and a lot of my friends talked to their parents about birth control without admitting being active by using the good ole excuse of "It helps with your period". I dunno what the science is behind it, being a male, but i believe most women know of "the pills" ability to regulate and even shorten that time of the month..so give it a try, if your parents don't agree, planned parenthood is very cooperative

http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/birth-control/birth-control-sponge-today-sponge-4224.htm
There are also female condoms, which you can read about here:

The Planned Parenthood website is the best place to learn about contraception. They list all the different possible methods, how effective they are, where to get them, what they cost, etc...all without being biased. I find that Planned Parenthood offers the most conprhensive and useful information.
You can go to a Planned Parenthood near you and get a prescription for birth control (pills, the shot, whatever) without your parents knowing. I don't think it will be free, necessarily, but whatever you get will be cheap. I go to Planned Parenthood for my birth control pills and they only cost $14 per monthly pack. Plus, all the people who work at the Planned Parenthood near me are super nice, friendly, and non-judgemental.

If you feel you're mature enough to be having sex then you should be mature enough to protect yourself from unwanted pregnancy.
Why does your mum even need to know you're on the pill? You don't need her permission to get it and there are other places you can get it from apart from the doctor.

I see that you live in America, and while I'm not sure where, I'm assuming there is probably a Planned Parenthood somewhere near you. You can different forms of birth-control there without the knowledge of your parents. Don't quote me on this but I think sometimes you can get it for free if you don't have a job.
