 As filthy as it may seem, another way would be to simply study how other women give them by watching them doing it. You might find watching that kind of thing gross, but there's a few things you can pick up in sex just by watching other people doing it.
I'm not saying "Rush on to a porn website" or anything, because there are alternatives. I'm just saying that if you wanted a more indepth example, you could use visual aids to help you study, so to speak.
