So, I think if you were 10 years older, this situation would be very normal. At the age you are, having this feelings for a cousin is frowned upon. I think you should focus on finding someone that has the same feelings for you, nor pursue someone that will probably be creeped out by what you're feeling. It seems that all this is just in your head.

 Just because you think that she is hot does not mean that you love her. Look there are plenty of women out there, so I think it is best to avoid being intimate with a member off your family it can cause a lot of complications. So unless she is a distant cousin I would say to yourself you cannot go there and move on.
