( I'm no longer breast feeding due to milk production issues) I was wondering if there would be anyway of knowing if I am pregnant before my next period. But I've found that most pregnancy tests are most accurate if you use them either on the day of or after your missed period. When I found out I was pregnant before I tested one day before my missed period and it said negative, then waited a week, tested again and it was positive. Does anyone have suggestions or know of any ways to find out if I'm pregnant before my next period?

I think you'll find all pregnancy tests do need to be done when your period is due or after that or at least all I've ever come across have.
I'm not completely sure but you could try a blood test at your doctors.
Its worth asking your doctor either way but you might find as its a blood test it might detect at an earlier stage.
