KateMcL agony auntFinally someone who has the same prob as me! omg this has been getting me really done as it just happens over like really small things e.g a teacher calling my name, i find it so hard to keep eye contact for atleast 2-3 secs its getting me down so much because i feel really ugly or fat when someone talks to me. all my friends have made comments about it and i really want to control it, sometimes i often breathe in and out and count to 5 or something and went till it has gone down abit to even look at them lol.

Smellyellie agony auntthere is nothing that you can do im afraid.

blushing is caused by a rush of blood to the surface of the skin so unless you can stop yourself from being in akward positions then you wont be able to stop the blushing xx

'Blushing' is totally natural and is often unnoticed by those around you? Focus on this fact and realise many others do not worry about it. I am sure you are very attractive so what does it matter?
