I am 16 years old and have been a 40D since I was...oh...10 ish?First off, reducing overall body fat will decrease chest size, but in my case after losing 50 pounds and am still going, by chest has BARELY gotten smallerso what I do is I do exercises that specifically target the upper body like pushups, bench presses(if you have the equip or a gym membership) or other workouts that are supposed to do well for your chestGood Luck! =]

So just go for cutting down on your food intact and regular exercise will help. Put some great music on and dance for half and hour each day, that helped me.
take care

Go on a diet and exercise. It will reduce your overall size and they should look smaller.
