 No you can't restore your hymen without expensive, painful, and dangerous surgery. Many women don't bleed their first time, it's very normal to have torn it sometime as a kid. You probably didn't even notice it happening. It's also normal to be able to put that many fingers in your vagina, it doesn't mean you're loose. It can expand to fit a whole baby in there. Many women can fit an entire fist inside with enough lube and time.
