He has always been like a brother to me and he always calls me his 'cousin' or 'god sister' even though are families dont even really know eachother. We used to be best friends when we were little but because we were in different years we drifted apart but we still say hi sometimes as he just came to my secondary school. He is really popular and all the girls in his year like him but i dont know if he could ever like me as im 1 year above him and older girls dont date younger boys in my school (even though were only a few days apart he just got put in the lower year.)So is there anychance of us getting together and if sso how?

If anything you being older will attract him to you more.

Honey, everyone has a chance.
Nothing is impossible.
Call him up, or if youre shy, text him, and like, remind him of one of the cute things you guys did together when you were little. He'll be like, yeah, i remember that. that maybe chat it up and ask him out for a casual movie. no big date. no all of a sudden, if he says no just let him be, but if he says yes, then all of a sudden youre friends again and if all goes well he'll see you as more than a sister or cousin. And thats what you what, right?
Be yourself, and just have fun :}
