Getting past the "dumping" anniversary was pretty easy. The first meeting anniversary has knocked me back a little. I can't stop thinking about her. It's probably natural, I know, but I'm finding it frustrating. For the past few months or so I felt like I was really starting to adjust to and get over everything that happened. These feelings coming back now is a little discouraging needless to say. This could merely be a short-term return for these feelings, and I certainly hope it is. I don't want them to come back full-time! I want to be happy! Is there any way I can put these feelings behind me again?

make a point of doing something special on each annerversary...pref have sex with a new girl then the memory will be a new one...and if you play your cards right you could have a special calendar of new events...this will make you happy.
god luck!

More importantly, don't think in such detail. Its sweet that you remember these dates but when someones gone, just leave them. Or pass through them like you did the 'dumping anniversary'.
Seriously, focus your attentions onto someone else.
