When I first started having sex I didn't manage to orgasm for months and months, and it was months before I had another one. It seems to me like she enjoys what you're doing, and you're good at it. So just relax and stop analysing everything. Enjoy yourself too.

Some women take years to have their first orgasm, some can orgasm really easily. I, for one, have only come once during sex with my boyfriend but I can safely tell you that it's awesome nevertheless.
All women are different so don't assume that just because she doesn't orgasm every time and she isn't very noisy that she isn't enjoying having sex with you!
