If you haven't been together that long, i would say that she is simply being cautious. Tell her that it seems a strange to you, and see what she says, maybe she can explain her meaning better.

Totally feel your frustration man.
So if I understood correctly, the girl your interested in is going dress shopping together with a guy friend who has a girlfriend of his own.
Sometimes girls do have very close male friends, its not uncommon. My roommates girlfriend is just like that. She has two of them actually. And since this male friend does have a girlfriend I wouldn't be too worried about it.
Be cautious, for sure, but don't jump to conclusions just yet.
Also, do try to verify if this guy friend is in a relationship though, because there is no such thing as a straight guy who wants to be "just friends" with a girl.
