writes: ok, here is my problem.I started college just over a month ago and in my first week met a really attractive, smart girl who happened to be doing the same course as me. We exchanged phone numbers and got on really well together, often chatting for a long time. I had planned to ask her out a week ago, but I didn't feel the moment was right. I just got back from being home and spoke to her in the evening and her friends. However, going back to my dorm,I noticed my neighbor with the girl and he seemed to be hiding her from me. I've heard them chatting most of the night and laughing but I have a feeling that something is going on between them. I decided to speak to a mutual friend about it and she is not aware of anything between them and mentioned that the girl thinks of him as a friend. I'm really unsure of what I should do now. I feel completely lost and have a sickening feeling inside. Can anyone help me? Reply to this Question Share |

you have nothing to lose by asking her out... the worst thing she can say is NO... and that might sting but it won't kill you and if she is interested she will say yes...
