DrPsych agony auntI don't think your weight is bad at all for a girl of your height. Remember you haven't finished puberty yet so your body may grow still - I grew a few inches at 19 years of age. You can run your height/ weight through a body mass index calculator (dozens on google) but most of these are for adults not teens. Regardless of whether you are normal weight or not, it is a good idea to eat a reasonable diet while you are still growing. This doesn't mean banning junk food and living on lentils. It doesn't mean some horrible diet that will just make you miserable and then you will give up and gain weight. There is such a thing as sensible eating - by all means have some junk now and again, but balance that with fruit, veg and healthier food choices. It will set you up for life.

candy00s agony auntAt 14 you dont need or want to be dieting, your weight sounds okay for your height and age to me.

I know that carbs can make you feel bloated, dont go doing any crazy diets just cut back on the amount of junk food you might eat.

Jamer70 agony auntIm only a few inches taller than you and around the same weight as you and im quite skinny.

Your weight is definently normal and in my opinion theres no need to lose weight here.

If you want to get fitter theres nothing wrong with that, join a gym or play more sports in the summer.

And like Royofthe Rovers said you are going through changes now so dont worry about your chest size right now as you are very young.

Royofthe Rovers agony auntYour body is going through some dramatic changes at the moment and i would not reccomend any strict diet plan.

To me you dont seem like you are over weight in the slightest, im no doctor, but you weight seems fairly average to me.

Maybe start to go down the gym or start some regular exersize to gain your fitness back.

before starting any diet regime i would recommend you see a doctor or someone qualified to give you the proper advice you need.
