writes: i have bf here on net.we talk here 3to 4 hours evryday.then he disappeared.after few weeks he is back then we talk again.he say he loves me.and i love him.then he disapear again.im talking to a man who say he is my bf,s friend,lover.then we talk evryday like we did to my bf nd i realized i fall in love with him.i have this feeling inside that my bf and this man is the same person he is just hiding his identity i dont know why. there are times in our conversations he say the same wrds what my bf say and i havt the strong feeling he is.but i cant confront him coz im afraid he will leave me again like what he did to me in his other identity.what will i do?i send mail to my bf and this man able to read it.that means he and my bf is one person.he is upset and tells me im fabricating the whole thing Reply to this Question

 The internet is a scary and worrying place to start a relationship, there are plenty of decent honest people online but at the same time there are alot of people online that know they can get away with trying to be someone else and is easy to do so.
You obviously don't trust him and with good reason by the sound of it as I don't see why or how he would need a reason to just keep on disappearing and reappearing as and when he feels like it.
Like Tiagre said have you met him offline and actually know he is who he says he is?
Becareful the internet can be somewhere you can meet the love of your life but it can also be somewhere you can meet some very concerning people.

Hi,
I don't think anyone can ever be 100% sure of who they are talking to on the internet, and you're right to be suspicious. Maybe he's inventing new people so he can work out if you'd ever cheat on him?
Also - Have you ever met him face-to-face? Are you sure your bf is who he says he is?
