writes:My boyfriend and I have been together for just over 5 months. He gets really annoyed if I text or email any of my friends that are boys. I have promised and reassured him many times that I would never ever cheat on him but he always answers with 'I never talk to girls so why should you be able to talk to other boys'. I've told him that I trust him enough that I don't mind him talking to other girls as long as it goes no further than friends, but recently my trust has started to fade, I don't know whether it's just me being paranoid or if it's something Ii should be worried about. He messages other girls on facebook and other website profiles he has telling them that they're gorgeous and stunning. Should I be worried about this or is it a normal thing that boys do? Please reply if your boyfriend or ex boyfriends have ever done this and give me some helpful feedback on what I should do. I'm 16 by the way xps. I know that this is a probably jealousy getting the better of me, but the other day I asked him would he ever cheat on me and he replied by saying, "never, unless it was a celeb" I know he was being serious about this and not trying to make it a funny comment. I know that might be me getting jealous, but can I have some feedback on what I should do please. Thanks x

reader, anonymous, writes (21 April 2009): I was like that once, i got mad when a guy left my girlfriend a message on myspace,it was only a friendly message like "hey cutie thanx for the add mwah", i just totally flipped out and it caused a huge arguement, she called me a control freak and we broke up a while later as ijust could not trust her.
I wish now i had not got so mad as it's only words on a webpage.
