Ah okay. I see. Well, right at this moment in time she has no blood relation to you, nor in marriage. Definately talk to your parents about it. As your feelings right now, are just as similar to a crush on a girl at school. If you talk to your parents, they can tell you what could/won't be allowed. I don't think it should be a problem as long as you are open about it.

Not at all, for as long as you mean love within a siblingly-love way. Which, I think you do. You've grown attatched to this girl and love her like a sister. Is this what you mean?If not, and that you love her in an intimate/romantic way. A lot of people will frown upon your feelings for her, as she is technically your sister, but only by the marriage of your parents. Talk to your mother/father about it, they'd be able to talk you through the feelings you're experiencing.
