A female Singapore age 30-35, anonymous writes:

This guy is a leo male, 17 and i'm an aries girl, 18. he says he loves me. ever since i first met him, he has been showing signs that he is attracted to me. i've known him for ten months now. we are very close. we don't meet because of parent issues. but he thinks he can sort it out in the future. he says his love and hopes about me are fresh every day. when i chatted with him in the late night, i said i felt cold and he said he wanted to cuddle me. he thinks i'm fat. but he says he loves me so much and forever. he says he can't show me how much he loves me on facebook, but he will in the future when he can finally be with me. is it worth continuing a relationship with him or does it seem like he'll forget me later on? does his love seem real? how would i know? what shall i do?

A male reader, serenity80 United Kingdom +, writes (4 February 2011):

How can you really love each other when you've never even met? Why can't you meet? 10 months is a long time to spend chatting on the internet, without taking things further.

Surely you can make arrangements to meet? if you can't, then perhaps it would be better to leave this online relationship as a friendship and move on and find a real boyfriend, instead?

If you do meet up, remember to be safe, meet in a public place and let your friends and/or family know what you are doing.
