I have a friend who is pretty much the same :)
Think about it, why is it that you're nervous?
Is it because you don't know what to say to him, are you excited or are you worried about something he might do?
I think its pretty normal to get nervous if you haven't been going out that long, its all part of it :)
but if he makes you feel really uncomfortable when you're alone together maybe he isnt the right guy for you
and perhaps he feels the same way, its difficult but if it doesnt get any better then try to talk to him, not easy but worth a try

It could also mean that you are not ready for dating yet though.
