There is nothing wrong with being afraid love, Your being sensible, Were the sex is concerned you just have to make sure of protection and that when you do find a g/f that she is taking precautions as well. There is nothing "weird" about being afraid.
There is certainly always a chance to impregnate a woman whom you would not want to marry and properly become a husband and daddy, but there are ways to greatly reduce the likelihood.
Timing of ovulation, condoms, the pill, the after pill and various form of sex such as oral.
As for knowing "how to get a girl to like you," well, that is the question of the ages, my friend. I've been pondering that one for about 50 years.
