reader, anonymous, writes (4 November 2010): There's some truth to it. But the average difference from the largest to the smallest race throughout the world is a grand total of about 1 inch. Being black pushes the average about 1/2 an inch above a caucasian. Nothing to get too messed up about.

I would say it is a myth. however I don't care what anyone says size isn't the be all and end all.
If you have a very small or a very large penis, it could pose a few problems, but at the end of the day it's what you do with it that counts over the size of your penis.

 It's a myth. Do some research on Google (Kinsey, etc.) and you will find that all races have the same average sizes.
The fallacy came about way back in colonial days for reasons which are unacceptable now, so I won't go into them.
