I slept with my boyfriend at 15 for the first time, and although he turned out to be a waste of space I don't regret doing the act.
It depends on you. Do you feel ready? If not, and the fact you are asking us indicates to me I think you're not, then don't until you feel ready!

 Yes because of legal reasons, and to be honest you speak to most adults that had sex at that age and they will tell you they wish they had waited till they were older, it might seem like a good thing to do but it is far better to wait untill you are with someone you truly love and that makes it very special.
